Sa Majesté - Alpaca-silk-cashmere baby.
This yarn is like a soft, fluffy cloud, it's super soft and light.
The fabric is very light and airy.
Her Majesty is simply irresistible!
Pleasant to knit. Ideal for all garments and accessories.
Knit alone, the resulting fabric is light and warm.
Held in double (with another yarn), Her Majesty replaces a mohair yarn very well.
Composition:
53% super baby alpaca, 34% coarse silk and 13% cashmere.
Our wools are hand-dyed. Therefore, please allow for the quantity needed for your projects, as the color may vary from one bath to another. We take great care to reproduce the color of our images as faithfully as possible, however, screen displays may vary. As a result, the color of the skeins you receive may vary slightly from the photo displayed. For more uniform knitting, I recommend that you alternate your skeins.
Suggested needle sizes and gauges :
Needle: Sample size 3.75 mm (5 us) is 23 mesh.
Yardage: 400 meters/50 g. (438 yards/1.76 oz.) Lace thread size (lace.)
Interview:
Hand wash with a wool soap such as Soak, ideally at room temperature (21°C.) Avoid shaking or wringing.
Dry flat away from direct sunlight, do not spin or tumble dry.
Wool not machine washable (n sw).

A little background on the origin of the name of my base Sa Majesté - Bébé alpaga - soie et cachemire :
"His Imperial Majesty" is sometimes used to refer to emperors and empresses.
I was looking for an alternative to my basic l'impératrice (super kid mohair). When I held it and sampled it, the name stuck.
