Can we redo the same dye lot?

The skeins are hand-dyed with non-toxic acid dyes. I dye an average of 3 to 5 hanks per bath. From one bath to another the colours may vary slightly. Therefore, it is strongly advised to alternate the hanks, especially for sweaters and vests. Alternate every row or two rows.

At what temperature should we wash our knitwear?

I don't have an absolute answer, however I wash my knitwear at room temperature.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Due to the current pandemic, the delivery time may vary. After that, the time displayed at the time of your purchase, is indicated by Canada Post when you order.

How do returns or exchanges work?

You must send an email to the following address: info@fibrani.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product.
In addition, you must also indicate in your email that you wish to return a product as well as your order number. That is to say, the reason for your return and wait for the refund approval from us by email. (A delay of 5 business days.)
However, you will have to pay the return shipping fees yourself; the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Only the product cost will be refunded. If you prefer an exchange, new shipping costs will be added to the new order. Once approved, you will receive a refund using the same method of payment used. (Only after we receive the products.)
You will receive a confirmation email with the refund data, the money will appear on your card or account after a few days. Refunds by credit/debit card depend on your bank. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items on sale. Hanks wound or altered.
