Skeins are hand-dyed using non-toxic acid dyes. I dye an average of 3 to 5 skeins per lot. Colors may vary slightly from one lot to another. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to alternate skeins, especially for sweaters and cardigans. Alternate every row or every two rows.

We reproduce colors, however, each dye lot is unique.

I don’t have an absolute answer, but for my part, I wash my knits at room temperature.

Canada Post and Purolator

Due to the current pandemic, delivery times may vary. Otherwise, the timeframe displayed during your purchase is indicated by Canada Post when you place your order.

You must send an email to the following address: info@www.fibrani.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product.
Additionally, you must indicate in your email that you wish to return a product, along with your order number. That is to say, the reason for your return, and wait for refund approval from us by email (a delay of 5 business days).
However, you will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself; original shipping costs will not be refunded. Only the product costs will be refunded. If you prefer an exchange, new shipping costs will be added to the new order. Once approved, you will receive the refund via the same payment method used (only after the products have been received).
You will receive a confirmation email with the refund details; the money will appear on your card or account after a few days. Credit/debit card refunds depend on your bank. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Sale items. Skeins that have been wound or altered.
