Description
The Nuage is made of baby Alpaca, Pima Cotton and Merino. It is light, soft and airy.
Its mix of fibers makes it very versatile and can be used in several "sauces". For example: It can be used as a Sport or Dk gauge, depending on the size of the needles used.
It is also used to replace a lace and fingering yarn knitted together. This way it creates a beautiful and equally wispy fabric. Another example is to knit the Cloud with a lace or fingering yarn. To get a Worsted to Aran gauge. In addition your knitting remains light as a Cloud!
Not to mention her generosity, her yardage is 400 yards per skein. This makes it an economical knitting project.
Ideal for sweaters, sweaters and shawls.
Whether you knit it or wear it, you'll feel the... Cloud!
Our wools are hand dyed. Therefore, you must plan on the quantity needed for your projects, as the colour may vary from one bath to another. We take great care to reproduce the colour of our images as closely as possible, however, screen displays may vary. Thus the color of the skeins you receive may vary slightly from the photo displayed. For a more uniform knit, I recommend that you alternate your skeins.
Care: Wash your untreated wool knitwear by hand. Without too much agitation at room temperature (avoid temperature differences), and dry flat.
