The Oslo hat is knitted from the bottom up in stockinette stitch.
- Start by making a swatch to make sure you have the right needles!
♥ S uggested base: Flock DK ⇔ for other color choices of 100% untreated merino.
You can make this toque with two strands of yarn held together, like 2 strands of fingering
Or, 1 strand of fingering and 1 strand of mohair.
The knitting kit - Oslo hat includes :
2 to 3 skeins, on the basis of Flocon DK, 225 m/100 gr. ⇔
Size:
X-small and Small: 1 skein
Medium and Large: 2 skeins
⊕***Youcould also make it on a fingering base: Aristo or Tibetan fingering and Empress
(2 skeins or 1 of each will be sufficient on this last mix).
Dimension:
Fits head circumference: 47-50 (50-55), 55-59 or (59-62) cm.
For the sample :
◊22sts x 32 rows =4 x 4 inches/10 x 10 cm, in stockinette stitch on a 3.5/US 4 needle
