Description
Flake, untreated merino wool ultra light and very breathable. Flocon is available in several yarn weights, e.g. Fingering, DK, Worsted and Aran. Knit merino wool toques, scarves, mittens or sweaters for women, men or children.
It is extremely luxurious and soft. What's more, the Flake is made from extra fine merino wool, in all our untreated merino wools. It is warmer than washable wools because it has no protective layer surrounding the fibre like for example: treated wool, i.e. "superwash".
Our wools are hand-dyed. So you must plan the quantity necessary for your projects because the color can vary from one bath to another. We pay attention to reproduce the color of our images as faithfully as possible, however, the display of the screens may vary. Thus the color of the skeins you receive may vary slightly from the displayed picture. For a more uniform knitting, I recommend that you alternate your skeins.

Maintenance:
Wash your knitwear with untreated wools by hand. Without too much agitation at a temperature between 21-25 °C, and dry them flat.
This unprocessed merino wool is named Flocon in honour of our Quebec winters!
