Stromboli is a cozy pullover worked in a basketweave stitch pattern.

This pattern is knit from the bottom up in the round, then separated for the front and back which are worked flat.

After joining the shoulders, the sleeve stitches are picked up and worked in the round, either full length or short length, according to your preference.

Finally, the collar stitches are picked up and worked.

Sizes offered: (the measurement represents the full bust circumference.) Recommended ease included in the pattern (so 18 to 38 cm/7 to 15″ +/-, added to the bust circumference.)

Sizes/required quantities:

According to the pattern:

– 1: 2 skeins.

– 2 to 4 incl.: 3 skeins.

– 5 to 6 incl.: 4 skeins.
For gauge:

◊22 sts and 32 rows = 10 cm/4″ in ”pattern lace stitch,” knit flat and in the round, after blocking.

**Always use a needle size that allows you to obtain the correct gauge.

You will also need, to complete the pattern: (not included)

◊3.25 mm/US 3 circular needle suggested for ribbing.
◊2.75 mm/US 2 circular needle suggested for body.

– Tapestry needle to weave in your ends
– Scrap yarn to hold stitches
