Description

Knitting Kit – Schnecke Shawl by Babette Ulmer…

Simply: sublime!

The stitches used are: lace pattern and stockinette stitch. The shaping is fascinating; it will add incredible chic to all your outfits!

Schnecke is a timeless piece! You’ll want to wear it for your special occasions.

It’s very light and will add class even to your simplest outfits.

This is a quick project despite being a lace weight yarn, because it’s knit on 4 mm (US 6) needles (depending on your gauge).

Base used: Impératrice. (Super-kid mohair forms a fine mist.)

For those intolerant to mohair, an alternative would be to use the Bamys base.

The Schnecke shawl would be just as fluid.
