(Yeah, I don&#8217;t have veins, for me it&#8217;s wool, but even without veins, my life expectancy is the same as yours\u2014pretty good, right?). 100%, we like that, don&#8217;t we? Do you know my origins? Spain! Si, Si Se\u00f1orita, Se\u00f1or! The whole Familia!&#8230; Espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-famille-parfait-flocon\">The Parfait Flocon Family! <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Familia\u2014that reminds me before I forget\u2014in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fibrani.com\/categorie-produit\/flocon-laine-merinos-non-traitee\/\">Flocon<\/a> family, there&#8217;s the baby of the bunch, his name is Fingering; there&#8217;s the middle one, DK; and me, the eldest, Worsted\u2014Flocon Worsted!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;m quite\u2026 as we&#8217;d say back home, a good catch. In the sense that I&#8217;m good to wear in winter, fall, spring, and summer. I&#8217;m useful all the time, all year round\u2014perfect, really!  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will you marry me??? (I feel like I&#8217;ve heard that somewhere before\u2026)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, where was I? Oh yes! The Familia! \u2026 So the baby is very useful for light knits like summer projects or shawls; I have to say, he&#8217;s very clingy. Two or three loops around your neck, nice and close, he loves it! He really, really loves it! And plus, he&#8217;s soft, soft as a &#8220;lamb.&#8221;     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for DK, he&#8217;s great for sweaters and beanies. And he&#8217;s soft, soft as\u2026 <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And me, Worsted, I&#8217;m &#8220;perfect&#8221; for sweaters, beautiful cardigans, beanies, cowls, scarves\u2014is that enough? As they say: <strong>is that perfect enough<\/strong>! <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have to say that in the Flocon family, we really live up to our name\u2026<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fa-on-de-voir-les-choses-selon-flocon\">&#8230;The Flocon way of seeing things.<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Really! Look out the window, do you see them falling? They drift down slowly to the ground like feathers, but\u2026 let&#8217;s say like feather-flakes or rather\u2026 like snowflakes. Well\u2026 I know, you know what I mean. You&#8217;re there, settled in with your coffee held tight in your hands, nice and warm by the window, near the stove (or the radiator, depending). And you&#8217;re admiring the show of the falling snow\u2026     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don&#8217;t tell me it&#8217;s not beautiful, those lovely flakes\u2026 right? Well, what can I say&#8230; That&#8217;s just how we &#8220;Parfait Flocon&#8221; are! Light as feathers, airy, and plus\u2026 insulating! And we breathe, like, really breathable!    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What? Did I hear that right? Are some of you having trouble following me?  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Okay\u2026 step away from the window! Your coffee must be finished anyway; put on your coat, your boots, your beanie, your mittens or your gloves, and let&#8217;s go outside. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-parfait-flocon-dit-come-on-la-gang-go\">Parfait Flocon says: &#8220;Come on&#8221; gang\u2026 let&#8217;s go!<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"h-inqui-tez-vous-pas-ben-emmitoufl-avec-la-famille-flocon-par-exemple-vous-allez-tre-aussi-bien-que-sur-le-bord-de-la-fen-tre-pr-s-du-po-le-on-va-revenir-tant-t-histoire-de-se-tricoter-quelques-mailles-allez-on-sort-bon-merci\">Don&#8217;t worry, all bundled up with the Flocon family, for example, you&#8217;ll be just as cozy as by the window near the stove. We&#8217;ll be back in a bit, just to knit a few stitches\u2026 come on, let&#8217;s go out\u2026 there! thank you! <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;ll see, you won&#8217;t regret it! \u2026 Stop! Wait two minutes. Earlier I asked you to look outside to see the snowflakes falling to the ground\u2026 now I&#8217;m going to ask you to close your eyes and take a deep breath. And another one\u2014see what I meant by breathing? Breathable? Do you feel how good that makes you feel? It&#8217;s crazy, right? While we&#8217;re at it, do you want to go for a walk? A short or a long walk, whatever you like, we&#8217;re comfortable&#8230; we&#8217;re not cold.         <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, yes, it&#8217;s 2021, I know; but we have plenty of time, it&#8217;s not 8 PM yet! And&#8230; don&#8217;t worry when you read this again in a few years, you&#8217;ll smile. And remember the good times. Like when we first met, for example, or how we took time\u2014time for ourselves, time for our family, time to read, time to call our friends, our kids, for Facetimes.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> In good company, do you see how fast time flies in the end? We&#8217;ve already been walking together for 30 minutes, feels good, doesn&#8217;t it?
